- If it doesn't help you within 14 days of purchase, request a refund.
- We process it within 48 hours. No interrogation, no hoops.
What we ask (and don't ask)
- We don't require a reason, though feedback helps us improve.
- Refunds return to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Portal access for the refunded purchase is revoked automatically.
- One refund per playbook purchase. The guarantee covers one-time playbook purchases. Coach memberships are month to month: cancel anytime and you are not billed again. Cancel yourself from your portal under Manage billing, or email hello@gardenpatch.xyz if you would rather we do it.
Legal (the small print)
Guarantee applies to direct one-time playbook purchases from gardenpatch.xyz within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Refunds are processed in USD to the original payment method. Abuse of the guarantee (e.g., repeated purchase-refund cycles) may result in declined future purchases. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
